The Little Horse began my day at 05.25, not quite sure of the local time. But I was awake already, having a strange sense from last night that she would call at that time.
Pat Mastelotto, underrated Demon Drummer, has telephoned to update me on the latest plans for ProjeKct Three's debut in Austin at South By South West. There have been logistical difficulties at the venue: Terry Bozzio was also scheduled on the bill and it won't be possible to get all the gear on stage. An alternative was for Soundscapes to support Terry, which is fine by me. Right now, it looks as if P3 will share the bill with an accordion player. Another small difficulty is the playing time: at 23.00 I'll be asleep. Even in England, that's not time for me to go to work.
Sister the Frippster has also called this morning. She is putting her liTtlE bRuvVeR out to work as a speaker, and boasting his (exagerrated) accomplishments on her Website.
Now your diarist is returned from Starbucks, gently fired by music of the Baroque and some beastly brew. "The Network Society", Volume One of the Castells' trilogy completed on Sunday, I have begun "The Age of Spiritual Machines" by Ray Kurtweil.
Claude the Snail Sucker is currently tuning the room, and reminding me of my early days as a professional (i.e. unemployed) Gigster. Currently an unpaid professional interviewee, Lori Hehr is collecting me at lunchtime for CNN Showbiz Today. I agree, it is unlikely.

Rick Damigella of CNN Showbiz Today has our interview on file. He acknowledged that the screening might take second place to CNN's extensive coverage of the impeachment hearings.
Chris Walker of Mix Magazine came to the hotel for an interview, carrying an original "ITCOTCK" gatefold for signature. Chris was well researched and informed, and is coming to the DVD presentation tomorrow.
